Why studyGraphic Design?
-
Teaching Adobe graphic programs is a given. An advantage is the possibility of individually choosing 3D graphic programs, After Effects, or the Figma program.
As part of the studies, gaining an overview of the graphic design scene (regarding both studios and individuals) domestically and internationally is essential. Similarly, theoretical knowledge of visual culture and the history of graphic design is indispensable.
Students will learn to independently present and defend their work with compelling arguments.
Another strength of the study program is the four-month professional internships completed at studios and companies collaborating with our school. Additionally, thematic workshops led by Czech and international designers, as well as specialised lectures by guest speakers, contribute to the program.
The competitiveness of graduates mainly stems from their ability to defend their own ideas and chosen approaches, which is as important in the field of graphic design as the actual creative process itself.
Applications for the class of 2024/25 will be accepted until May 31, 2024.
We will not be accepting new students for the 2024/25 academic year in Product Design. Thank you for your understanding.
